Gotta love the cover theme FF#1 retro via Bongo conundrumism.

Well the hero of every comic book geek, star trek trekkie, and star wars freak is at war with the big popper, G.N.K...the Graphic Novel Kid. Comic Book Guy attempts to out do the G.N.K. for the position of the new Lard Lad! But his nemesis wins the position...only to go up in flames while driving away with the winning car...powered by....donut grease?...
So after realising that he has narrowly escaped death by dessert, Comic Book Guy decide that life must be lived for today...and invests all of his money in an auction for movie memorabilia.
Great stuff...especially Superguy's rocket...that happened to be loaded with fuel...Big Bang moment here...Is Comic Book Guy dead for real? What will happen to the Android's Dungeon? Will his left-handed fat man and lazy boy chair be delivered now? Is this the end of all that is holey??...stay tuned...as Stan the Man Lee make his appearance in issue #2!!!
